This article applies to organisations with a Cloud setup, and those with a 'Hybrid' setup (both On-Premise Appliance and Cloud).
To export or download Cloud Report data, sign in to the Cloud Portal and select Reports.
- In the Filter Reports tab, you’ll see a table of previously generated reports, including the timestamp for when they were generated, by who, and their status.
- You’ll also see the Multi Tenant Filter Reports tab if you have access to Multi Tenant reports. This tab only includes reports where more than one tenant was selected to report on.
Alternatively, staff can download reports if you give them access to Cloud Reports.
Download from the Reports page
Select the link in the Download column to download the data as a CSV file.
Tip
Select the three dots to view any column that may have been cut off by your screen size.
There are columns for Local time, Username, Tenant (for Multi Tenant reports), Client IP, Client Hostname, Domain, URL, Search Terms, Http Method, Http Code, Blocked, Groups, Categories, Timeslots, Locations, Reporting level (the Log Level), Safeguarding level (the Safeguarding Severity as a number) and Safeguarding theme.
Download from within the report
For reports that are not Custom Reports, select a report, and then select the export icon in the top right corner.
- For the Report Overview tab, select the export icon to download a JPEG image of the graph or chart.
- For the Report Data tab:
- Use the Column Selector to customise the columns shown in the table, which will be included in the download.
- By default, each line includes the Level, Username, Tenant (for Multi Tenant reports), Url, Categories, Action (whether access was blocked or allowed) and the Timestamp.
- For Safeguarding Reports, there is no column for Level by default, but there are columns for Severity and Theme.
- Select the checkboxes to add or remove additional columns for Locations, Timeslots, Search Terms, Client IP or Client Hostname.
- You can’t remove the Username, Url or Action columns.
- Select the export icon to download the data as a CSV file.
- Use the Column Selector to customise the columns shown in the table, which will be included in the download.
Tip
Any filters and Column Selector changes applied to your table will also apply to the download. For example, if you enter ‘Blocked’ into the Action column, your download will only include the blocked logs.
