Whether you can see and access different areas of our products depends on the role you have been given. Contact your organisation’s IT or Smoothwall Administrator to confirm what access you should have for On-Premise Appliance or Cloud Portal.
Check your licensing
Your available features depend on the package your organisation purchased.

- Contact your Customer Success Manager to discuss your package and available features.
Check your On-Premise Appliance setup
- Ensure you have installed the modules you need.
- Some features are only available for certain Releases, such as those not available in Maiden.
