- Fixed an issue where selecting All tenants meant you saw ‘Server error’ and couldn’t run the report.

Cloud Reports in some hybrid setups showed a blocked website as both Allowed and then Blocked. This was caused by an initial connection to categorise the site - users could not access it. Reports generated after this update only show the Blocked line.

- Fixed an issue where a comma in the tenant’s name prevented running a report.
- Fixed an issue where search terms with a new line character prevented downloading the report.
- Renamed the Column Chooser to Column Selector for Safeguarding Reports to match the other report types.

Content Modification is moving to the Cloud!
If you have a hybrid setup, you can now manage how Content Modification Policies are applied using Cloud Filter!
- Update your On-Premise Appliance to Maiden-26 or above to get started.
- Switching over is easy - just toggle at least one Content Modification to On with both the Groups and Locations fields configured.

Other changes
- Updated whether a Content Modification is available in Cloud Filter and On-Premise Appliance.
- Fixed an issue in Multi-tenant environments where Safeguarding Alerts were only sent to tenant-specific contacts and not global contacts.

Report on multiple tenants
Get an overview of web activity across all your schools from one report! No need to create a report for each tenant and aggregate outside Smoothwall - just create a Cloud Report with data for multiple tenants.
- If you have a hybrid setup, update your On-Premise Appliance to or beyond Leeds-70.
- Create a report using the Domain, Category or Safeguarding report types.
Customise your Cloud Report data
Use the new Column Selector to customise the columns shown in the data table and downloads. We’ve also added new fields you may want to see at a glance, such as the Client hostname or IP.

Manage access to video playlists
Block or allow access to all videos in a YouTube playlist. Add the Playlist URL to the Videos tab of a Custom Category, just as you would for individual videos.
Other changes
- New customers now don’t have any Content Modifications switched on in the background.
- Fixed an issue where Administrators could access Cloud Reports for tenants they didn’t have permission to view.

You can now manage access to video platform content using Cloud Filter!
- Add the URLs or IDs of the videos you want to block or allow in the Videos tab of a Custom Category, then use this category in a Web Filter Policy.
- Easily identify and organise your YouTube content with thumbnail images and titles for each video.
Update your devices to our new Cloud Filter Extension Version 3.1.0 or higher for this feature to work.

User Emulation is an optional new feature to allow the Smoothwall Support Team to access your cloud portal as if they were an admin user. Switch this on to help them identify any issues you may have.

- Select graph data in your Safeguarding Report to be taken to filtered Report Data. Plus, you can now filter your Safeguarding Report by Severity.
- You can now only select the View Diagnostic Information button on the Realtime Log Viewer page once you have entered a username, selected a device and selected Start Realtime Log Viewer.
