On-Premise Appliance
No Safeguarding Alerts are sent by default from the On-Premise Appliance. You have received an email as your organisation has added you to the Distribution Group for Safeguarding Alerts.
Contact your school or organisations’ Smoothwall Admin if you don’t think you should be receiving these alerts.
Tip
Multiple Scheduled Alerts can be set up, for example All Alerts on a Daily schedule, Bullying on a Monthly schedule, so you may receive Multiple alerts at the same time./p
Cloud Filter
I’m getting Safeguarding Alerts about Suicide only
I am the Default Filter Administrator
By default, Safeguarding Alerts for all Safeguarding Severities with the theme of Suicide are sent instantly to the Default Filter Administrator assigned to your serial number. If you need to change this to another person, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
I am not the Default Filter Administrator
If there is no Default Filter Administrator, Safeguarding Alerts for all Severities with the theme of Suicide are sent instantly to:
- any users with the Role of Administrator listed in Filter > User Management for single-tenant setups.
- anyone on this page with All in the Tenant column for multiple tenants.
Contact your school or organisations’ Smoothwall Admin if you don’t think you should be receiving these alerts.
I’m getting Safeguarding Alerts about all themes
You have received an email, as your organisation has listed you as a Contact for Safeguarding Alerts. Contact your school or organisations’ Smoothwall Admin if you don’t think you should be receiving these alerts.
