This article applies to organisations with a Cloud setup, and those with a 'Hybrid' setup (both On-Premise Appliance and Cloud).
You must have Reporting or Administrator access to Cloud Reports to sign in to the Cloud Portal and select Reports. You can view any reports with the Ready status that are not Custom Reports.
You can’t access report data for reports with any of these statuses:
- In Progress: The report is currently generating.
- No Data: No data was found for the criteria entered. Create a new report with different parameters.
- Expired: Reports expire after 30 days. Select Re-run to generate the report again with the same parameters, or create a new report.
- Failed: There was a problem running the report. Select Re-run to generate the report again.
You can create or Re-run a report that includes a date range of data up to 90 days ago. When some or all of the data in the report becomes over 90 days old:
- You can view the report data for up to 30 days (depending on when the report was created or last re-run).
- You’ll see a ‘Server error’ message if you select Re-run. You’ll need to create a new report.
