This article applies to organisations with an On-Premise setup, and those with a 'Hybrid' setup (both On-Premise Appliance and Cloud).
If you have one or more Smoothwall On-Premise Appliances, you may:
- Want to upgrade your hardware to a model with greater capacity. See Hardware Appliance Specifications to select a model.
- Experience hardware failure.
Contact your Customer Success Manager or Smoothwall Support. We’ll help you resolve the issue or organise a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) if you need hardware replaced.
