The best way to troubleshoot client-side Cloud Filter issues is to access the Smoothwall Diagnostics page.
Once you've accessed the diagnostics, you can also use the Copy to clipboard button to copy the data and share in a ticket with our support team.
A fully working Cloud Filter client should be showing Mode2.
Access the Diagnostics Page
- Sign in to the user's device and in the browser address bar, type:
- Press the tab key (n.b. you used to be able to press space here, but Google changed it)
- Type diagnostics and select the search result 'diagnostics page'
