Ad blockers such as AdBlock and uBlock Origin can hide details of breaches in the Safeguarding Full report when used on the Smoothwall Admin UI. They identify URLs that look like adverts and try to block them. In the Full traffic view, you can see the category the breach belongs to but not the URL.
To make these URLs visible, turn off your Ad Blocker when accessing the Smoothwall Admin UI.
To hide this information, you can remove these lines in your report by changing the Full traffic view to hide web furniture.
