There are three Smoothwall deployment setups:
- Cloud-only setups.
- On-Premise Appliance-only setups.
- Hybrid setups (Both On-Premise Appliance and Cloud Portal).
To move from one deployment setup to another, contact your Customer Success Manager to discuss the change.
If you want to move from a Hybrid setup to a Cloud-only setup, don’t disconnect your Smoothwall Appliance, as this may prevent you from making changes in Cloud Filter.
