This article only applies to organisations with a 'Hybrid' setup (both On-Premise Appliance and Cloud). Organisations with On-Premise only or Cloud only setups cannot use these instructions.
When another Administrator is making changes in your On-Premise Appliance, you can’t publish changes on Cloud Filter.
On the Filter > Publishing page, you’ll see the message: ‘Your policy has been locked due to an active login on your Smoothwall device.’
You must manually sign the user out or ask them to sign out.
