This article applies to organisations with a Cloud setup, and those with a 'Hybrid' setup (both On-Premise Appliance and Cloud).
You can’t delete reports generated in Cloud Reports.
Reports show as Expired after 30 days. You can’t view data for expired reports.
You can do one of two things:
- Select Re-run to generate the report again with the same parameters
- Create a new report.
We automatically delete the report two months after the report is initially generated or Re-run is selected.
