This article applies to our On-Premise Appliance Filter and Firewall product only, not to Cloud.
If you make changes to or add new subnets, you should update the IP addresses for your tenants from your On-Premise Appliance, as you can’t do this from the Cloud Portal.
- Go to System > Administration > Tenants. Here you’ll see a list of all your current tenants, the IP address range(s) and the UUID (also known as the Tenant ID).
- Hover over the tenant you want to edit.
- Select Edit.
- Amend your tenant IP address range(s). You can only use IP addresses that another tenant is not already using.
Tip
Enter one range or subnet per line, for example:
192.168.1.0/24
10.0.2.0-10.0.2.10 - Select Save changes.
