Microsoft ended support for Windows 10 on 14 October 2025.
From this date, Qoria no longer supports Windows 10, which means we:
- Don’t provide support for using Windows 10 or fix minor issues you encounter.
- Can’t guarantee Cloud Filter or Monitor will continue to work on Windows 10 devices.
- Will address only critical security issues until 30 December 2025, while customers move to Windows 11.
If your organisation uses devices on Windows 10, update them to Windows 11 to maintain optimum security. You don’t need to change your Cloud Filter Extension or Monitor setup, as they will continue to run during the update.
Note
We’re aware of an issue where the Monitor Devices page continues to show Windows 10 after you update. This does not affect how Monitor runs on those devices.
If you can’t update or replace your devices yet, use Microsoft’s Extended Security Updates (ESU) program or move to Windows Enterprise LTSC.
