This article applies to organisations with a Cloud setup, and those with a 'Hybrid' setup (both On-Premise Appliance and Cloud).
You can see a log of changes made in Cloud Filter that have not yet been published to the Cloud Filter Extension and On-Premise Appliance.
In Smoothwall Cloud, go to Filter > Publishing to see a table showing:
- The Administrator's email address.
- Details of the change.
- Date and time.
Select Publish to apply the changes to your Cloud Filter Extension and On-Premise Appliance (if you have a Hybrid setup).
The table shows when changes were published, and you’ll see a notification in the bottom right that says: ‘Latest changes published to clients.’
