Maiden will be the next Major release of Smoothwall. Some features and modules present in the Leeds version of Smoothwall will no longer be present in the Maiden version. As of Leeds-61 a message will appear on the update page if are using any of the methods below - you will not be able to update from Leeds release to Maiden release until these are no longer in use.

In addition to these IDex Client is also no-longer available in Maiden. Idex Agent will still be available.
Notes
If you are using Ident(ification) by Location, this is a very old method and can easily be replaced by creating location objects under "Guardian » Policy objects » Locations" and then having a Web Proxy Authentication Policies that default to a Group for different locations.
SSL and non-SSL login page authentication using 'session cookie' will still be available.
