What is multi-site access?
If you are a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) or another organisation that has more than one school using Record Manager, you can request access for specific staff to be able to switch between each school’s site from within the software. This was already available for ‘DSL’ staff but a new feature has been added to make it available to any type of staff who uses Record Manager. If you would like a specific staff member, or a number of staff members, to have multi-site access, you can contact Support to make the request using the usual channels.
As a user with multi-site access, how do I access the different school sites? When a staff member is set up by Support as having multi-site access, the next time they log in they will see a new icon available at the top right of the dashboard. If you click on the drop-down it will show a list of all of the schools within your organisation. To navigate to any of those sites, simply click on the name of the school and it will take you to that school's site.
