This article shows the step by step process for setting up Two Factor Authentication.
Setting up 2FA is done in ‘Software settings’ which is accessed from the top-right drop-down menu:
In software settings, you can click the toggle to set 2FA as ‘enabled’ or ‘disabled’. 2FA is only available for DSL users. Changing the setting will not affect all other user types:
If a DSL user needs their 2FA resetting, another DSL can do this in the ‘User Management’ area:
Then find the staff name in the table of active users and click the blue ‘Reset 2FA’ to the right hand side of the row:
