If you login to Monitor Managed Service, but the list of organisations is blank:
Then there are a number of reasons why this may be the case:
- You may have signed in using the wrong account.
If you use the 'Log in with Google', 'Log in with Microsoft' or 'Log in with Azure AD' options, then these will automatically log you in to Monitor using your organisation's default email address, which is often the username that you use to login to Google or Office 365. If this doesn't match the username that has been added for you by Smoothwall or your DSL, then you won't see the organisation.
For example, below the DSL has added 'mr.smith@forest-lane-primary.co.uk' in the organisation settings:
However you can see in the prompt when logging in with Google that the actual address in use is 'mr.smith@forestlane.sch.uk'
When signing in using 'Azure AD' - for Office 365 - the username isn't shown, but if you go to https://office.com and click your profile at the top right, you can confirm the email address that is used:
If these addresses do not match what has been entered in the organisation settings, then you won't be able to see the organisation. Please contact your DSL or administrator and ask them to change the address to match, or contact Smoothwall Support if you are the sole administrator. - You may no longer have access to the organisation
If your account has been removed by another administrator, you will still be able to login but will be unable to see the organisation. Please contact the DSL or administrator to check your access, or Smoothwall Support if you are the sole administrator. - Your license may have expired
If this is the case, please contact your account manager to discuss options to renew your organisation's license.
