This article explains how to reset your password to allow you to log into Safeguard Record Manager.
Please go to the login page: app.safeguard.software and click "Reset Password"
You should then see the following page (see screenshot below). Please enter your email address in the E-mail field. This must be the same email address you use to log into Safeguard Record Manager. This is typically your school email address.
This will then send you a password reset link via email, Which looks like this:
If you do not receive this email it is very likely to be for any of the following reasons:
-The email address you entered is incorrect (Please check for any spelling mistakes or spaces within the email address)
-The email has gone into your Spam/Junk Email folder. (Please check your Spam/Junk Email Folder)
-This has been blocked by your web or email filter. In this case you would need to speak to your IT Provider and ask them to add the following email address and/or domain to the whitelist: email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org
