The admin GUI is showing errors regarding the RAID array being faulty.
Some appliances come configured with a software RAID 1 (Mirror) for redundancy purposes. When this error shows up, one of the disks has failed and needs to be replaced and the RAID array needs to be rebuilt.
Contact Smoothwall Support and they will assist in ordering a new disk and perform the necessary steps for re-establishing the RAID array.
NOTE: The top tier appliances can be configured with a hardware raid controller in which case the errors shown will be different. In all cases of hardware or hard disk drive errors when dealing with a Smoothwall appliance, contact Smoothwall Support.
