If inappropriate images continue to be shown via Google Image Search, even when you have Force SafeSearch enabled, the Enforce Google Image Licensing content modification will help to combat this.
Applying this content modification policy will mean that all images returned via Google Image Search will be licensed under the creative commons license. This content modification will work on both iOS and Android devices, provided you are using a browser and not an app to perform searches.

What: Web Search
Where Everywhere *
Action: Apply Enforce Google Image Licensing
* Change as appropriate
- Ensure you have an HTTPS Decrypt and Inspect policy in place which covers the 'Web Search' category as a bare minimum. See our help topic on Creating HTTPS inspection policies for more information.
Note that it may take a few minutes for the changes to take effect, and you may need to restart your browser. Once the policy is active, you should see the Creative Commons Licenses setting activated, as shown in the image below:
