This article applies to our On-Premise Appliance Filter and Firewall product only, not to Cloud.
You can filter some reports to show data from specific time ranges. To do this:
- Create or edit a custom report.
- Select the Guardian3 folder, then add one or more of the following sections to your report:
- Browsing times
- Domain session analysis
- Individual user
- Search terms
- Suspicious search terms
- Category activity
- Group activity
- IP activity
- Domain activity
- URL activity
- User activity
- Web trends
- Select the Options tab and select Advanced.
- Use the Time graph to select the time range:
- The graph shows days of the week on the left and the hours of the day along the top. Each rectangle represents 15 minutes.
- Select time blocks individually, or select and drag.
- To enter times manually, select Edit in full-text mode and enter times in the format ‘Fri:8:15->8:37’. Then select Edit in chart mode to view the updated graph. Any time blocks edited in full-text mode show as dark blue.
- To remove all blocks, select Clear.
- Add any other relevant sections, options, and filters to the report.
- Generate or save the report. The report will only include data from the selected time range.
