Add the following domains to the authentication exceptions:
- login.live.com
- d.docs.live.net
Although these domains are included in the Microsoft Office 365 category, you do not want to add all the domains for the whole category as an authentication exception
live.com and live.net can be added instead but this will include a wider range of services that do not necessarily need to be added to the authentication exceptions.
Procedure
- Create a new category with a meaningful name.
- Add the following to Domain/URL filtering:
login.live.comd.docs.live.net- Go to Web proxy > Authentication > Exceptions. See our help topic, Creating authentication exceptions.
- Locate and add the newly created category to Included categories or category groups.
