Error when installing the Smoothwall Filter and Firewall on a Hyper-V device

If you are installing a Smoothwall Filter and Firewall on Hyper-V device and an error shows that the CPU does not support the 64-bit extensions required, please disable Processor Compatibility mode for the Smoothwall host.

The Smoothwall Filter and Firewall host needs to be powered off to change this setting.
