Cloud set up first: The Delivery team applies the default Cloud Web Filter policies across both Cloud and On-Premise Appliance. Your organisation can’t set up Cloud independently.
On-Premise Appliance set up first:
- By the Delivery team: The Education Web Filter Policy is applied to both platforms.
- By your organisation: The policy set you chose during setup will be applied to both Cloud and On-Premise Appliance.
Cloud only
For organisations using only the Cloud Filter, the Delivery team applies the default Web Filter Policies before releasing access to the Cloud Portal. From there, you can adjust your Web Filter Policies and Categories as needed.
