How do I allow RTSP streams like RealPlayer through my Firewall?

Solution

For customers running the Hearst release or below:

• If you are running a Reject All policy in Network > Outgoing > Policies, you will need to open ports 554 and 7070 for outgoing RTSP traffic.
• Go to Network > Outgoing Ports, and Network > Outgoing > Policies to make this change see Managing Outbound Traffic and Services

For customers running the Inverness release or above:

• Go to Network > Firewall > Firewall rule, and create a Firewall rule to allow ports 554 and 7070 see our help topic, Adding new Firewall rules.
