The Puffin Browser works by proxying all traffic through the IP ranges listed in this article. If you add these as exceptions, users can bypass the Smoothwall Filter when using the Puffin web browser. This article explains how to setup your Smoothwall Filter so that you can allow the use of the Puffin browser which is available on iOS and Android devices.
