You can manage video access on platforms like YouTube, Vimeo and DailyMotion by applying policies from On-Premise Appliance or Cloud Filter. If you have a Hybrid setup, you can manage your setup in either platform and sync them.

Cloud includes thumbnail images and titles for YouTube to help identify and organise the content. The ID shows for Vimeo and DailyMotion videos, but you can’t see the thumbnail or title.
