This article applies to our On-Premise Appliance Filter and Firewall product only, not to Cloud.
If you have changed your internal network, you must update your internal interfaces with the new IP addresses.
Important
Don’t edit an Interface you’re currently using to connect, or you’ll need to re-connect.
Step 1: Change the IP addresses
- Go to Network > Configuration > Interfaces.
- Find the interface, and within it select IP addresses. You’ll see an Attached addresses table.
- Select Edit.
- Edit the IP address.
- Select Save changes.
Step 2: Update your Web Proxy authentication policies
Go to Web Proxy > Authentication > Manage policies. The table will show the updated interface, but the back end still has the old interface. You must edit the policy to apply the IP address changes.
