Block page for Cloud Filter

This article applies to our Cloud product only, not to On-Premise Appliance Filter and Firewall.

 

The detailed Block page shows when Cloud Web Filter Policies block access to a website. You can see the username, time, URL, location and the User Group to which the user has been categorised. You can also see a list of categories the website falls into.

To change to using the simple Block page:

  1. Go to Filter > Settings.
  2. If you are a part of a multi-tenant environment, select All Tenants or a specific tenant.
  3. Select the Show detailed Blockpage information toggle.
  4. Go to the Publishing page and select Publish.
