Download your Safeguarding Training certificate

This article is for Safeguarding Leads.

You can view or save a copy of your Safeguarding Training certificate when you successfully complete the assessment. Record Manager stores both successful and unsuccessful results.

To download your certificate:

  1. Sign in to Record Manager at https://app.safeguard.software/dashboard.asp.
  2. Go to Training > My Training > Results. Your training results will appear on the My Training Results pane on the right.
  3. Certificates are only available for courses you have passed. Select View Certificate.
  4. Select Download.
  5. Save the certificate in your preferred drive or folder.
