On the REPORTS menu, under the Logs or Realtime submenu, click System.
- Once you select a section from the list, the page updates automatically. However, if it doesn't you can click Update to update the page.
- Details shows if there are any current errors on the system, when certain services are stopped and restarted as the system operates. Restarting a service manually while you look at this report is helpful because you can see what the error is when the service restarts.
To export the logs:
- Either choose the Month and Day's data to export or select the Export all dates option.
- Choose the Export format:
- Comma Separated Value: The information is exported in the comma separated text format. The file name extension is .csv.
- Raw Format: The information is exported without formatting. The file name extension is .txt.
- Tab Separated Value: The information is exported separated by tabs. The file name extension is .tsv.
- Select Export.
