Censoring and storing web form content

Use this page to create and apply a censor policy for content and files posted using web forms. A censor policy consists of a filter, an action and a time period.

Prerequisite

• You first need to create a message censor policy, see our help topic, Creating and applying censor policies.

Procedure

1. On the GUARDIAN menu, under the Web filter submenu, click Outgoing.
2. Click Enable.
3. If you want to store the blocked content, select the Store blocked content option.
4. Choose the severity level of the content to store. The default is level 2.
5. Click Save.
