Reorder, edit or delete HTTPS Inspection Policies

You can reorder, edit, switch off or delete your HTTPS Inspection Policies from Guardian > HTTPS inspection > Manage policies.

Reorder policies or folders

Smoothwall applies HTTPS Inspection Policies in order of priority, from top to bottom. You can reorder policies in two ways:

• Drag the policy to its new position.
• Select the policy, then select Up or Down to move it to its new position.

Then select Save to apply the changes.

Edit a policy or folder

1. Select the pencil icon to edit the policy or folder.
2. Edit the configuration of the Who, What, Where, When and Action fields.
3. Move to the bottom of the page and select Confirm to save your changes.
4. On the next page, select Save.

If you edit any of the Who, What, Where and When fields for the Policy folder, your changes will apply to the Policies within the folder. Once you add policies to the Policy folder, you can only edit the items you defined when you created your Policy folder.

Switch policies or folders on and off

1. Select the toggle in the Enabled column.
2. Select Save.

Delete a policy or folder

Select the X icon to delete the policy or folder.
